  So I've had to edit my review, apparently you have to write lists of your belongings before you get them washed here... I've now lost countless items. I know they are not responsible for any lost things but I would like to trust my washing place not to loose my clothes when I get them washed. My previous 5* review> I had a pair of pants that I split right down the booty because I was dancing so hard - everyone told me to get rid of them because they had ripped so badly!! Sarah fixed them right up for me and they look BRAND NEW!! I can't believe it, they also fixed a zipper on a vintage pair of jeans and they look great. Got a whole bag of washing done there too - very quick, I'll be going back every week :) THANKS JOHN AND SARAH

  The owners are the friendliest and most welcoming people I've met in NY. They're also really competent cleaners--they have always gotten stains out on the first go (something no other cleaner has been able to do in my experience) and they stitched a large tear in my shirt sleeve seamlessly. I didn't think it could be fixed, but it looks good as new. First time reviewer on google - that's how happy I am with them
