  We were about ten women and had massages, pedicure, manicures and facials done. During my facial the humidifier malfunctioned and drops hot water on my face. The tech put a mask on me and pieces of hardened material got into my eyes. I was not allowed to get up. Finally I did . On the way to the sink there was glass on the floor where a glass bottle had broken. I did not know, had crumbs in my eyes and almost stepped on the shards. So, thank you for the blisters on my face and my reddened eyes. The staff does not speak English enough to ask for allergies. This place is a disaster.
