  Highly pleasant and helpful experience. Even after just one visit, my upper back, neck, shoulder and arm improved. Kristie is wonderful, highly qualified and an extremely caring and helpful person with a very pleasant personality.

  Kristie is awesome! I’m an avid recreational athlete who runs, does ballet, and crossfits. I’ve seen her twice and feel almost 100% again. She’s thorough, kind and very good at what she does! Already looking forward to my next session with her!

  Kristie was incredible! I cannot get over just how much my first adjustment has improved my overall well-being. The improvement was immediate; my back pain used to always be in the back of my mind, every minute of every day, now, my back pain is virtually gone! I have always been trepidatious about visiting a chiropractor, but Kristie quickly put me at ease. After listening to my complaints she instructed me to perform a series of stretches. Kristie assessed my movements and began her adjustment. Whenever I tensed up she patiently reminded me to just breathe and relax. I was completely confident in Kristie's expertise throughout my entire session. In no more than 15 minutes Kristie finished her adjustments and my back pain was completely gone. If you have back pain, want to improve your posture or just want to maintain overall well being I highly recommend you book an appointment with Kristie...she is simply outstanding!
