  Been here 4 times. 2 of them my food was stolen within 5 minutes, before I could pick it up. Took 20 minutes and 45 minutes to get the orders remade. The most recent time, customer service insisted it was verified as picked up and there was no problem to compensate me for.

  Would never order for this location again. No Customer service. Over $100 order. Claims our order was stolen, but made us send them the confirmation. Waited over an hour. Will be calling corporate.

  A pretty clean location. It’s chipotle so the food is the same everywhere.

  This location is literally one of the worst chipotles I have ever been to, I don’t know how the rating isn’t significantly lower (I suspect bots and fake reviews). Being that this location is on green street, it is always ridiculously busy no matter the time you go in. I tend to order online because I don’t want to wait in line for 20 minutes to be served, but the online order manages to be pretty bad too. There have been 5+ occasions where my experience is absolutely terrible. Sometimes I have to wait around for more than 30 minutes after my promised pickup time because the kitchen is backed up. At least 3 occasions where my order is completely forgotten and I have to wait even longer. Quality of food is definitely decreasing, and the portion sizes that they give you when ordering online versus in person are night and day. If I am paying 13 dollars for a bowl with extra protein, I better be getting extra protein. But no, I can only imagine the workers are trained to serve you less when you order online because you won’t have any opportunity to complain about the mouse sized portions you will be given. The only reason I keep coming back to this location is because I really do like the chain, but they need to get their act together. We need better portions with online orders, and faster service for a literal fast food chain. A solution to the speed problem would be hiring more workers or opening another location close to campus, but I don’t expect this will happen because the scummier move (which corporate chipotle will always opt for) is to continue overworking their staff and delivering food late to paying customers because it is the cheaper option.

  A decent ambiance Mexican grill restaurant, Chipotle has really great and tasty food options. I'll specifically talk about Vegetarian options which are plenty and great in taste. The staff at this outlet was welcoming and friendly. I ordered a veggie rice bowl with tofu as the protein. It was really great. I'll say take two tortillas as a side and divide and fill the rice bowl in two tortillas and two people can eat it separately and divide the money, and it's equally plentiful. 😆 The rice bowl and a side of tortilla costed me 9.5 dollars including tax.
