  Horrible experience, ordered through app for in-store pick-up. It’s now been 30 min. past my given pick-up time and my order still isn’t ready. It would’ve been quicker for me to walk-in and just order in-person at the counter. I asked the cashier what the issue was and just shrugged his shoulders. All the workers are moving like zombies. The sad thing is this isn’t the only location I’ve had this issue with, Chipotle ordering system is a joke. I literally just heard a child cry and ask their parents why the food is taking so long….

  I usually love chipotle, but today we placed an online order and when we received it we were disappointed! The chips were stale and our bowl had mostly vegetables and sauce instead of chicken and rice when there usually is an even balance. Lastly there was a chunk of avocado in our bowl with a small piece of the peel and when I called to tell them first I was talking to a robot that didn’t help me for 10 mins and when I finally talk to someone she asked me if I wanted free guacamole… someone could’ve choked on that piece of avocado!

  I went in there for the first time yesterday. I did not know how to place an order let alone what to order. The young man making my item helped me pick the ingredients for a bowl that was absolutely delicious. And, the manager surprised me with a most generous gift. I will definitely be back. Thank you to the Saturday afternoon crew for a great first visit

  My coworkers and I placed an online pickup order, 2 of us ordered fajita veggies and did not recieve them, and our chips were stale. Tried to call the restaurant just to get some verification and talked to a robot for no reason..because we went into the app and couldn’t even talk to anyone… it told us that there was nothing that they could do for us.. this was a huge let down. so be careful and make sure y’all check your online orders

  Highly disappointed in both the food and service! This is the kids quesadilla, they cook it with the tin foil on. It sat cooking for longer than 10 minutes and I had to remind the person working that I was waiting for it. The tin foil is so stuck to the food that it probably will not be edible! They were out of peppers and onions and the brown rice is hard. They were less than friendly. You can either tell that they are new or just don’t care in service or food quality. I’m not sure if there was a manager working, but they really need someone to go in and train and ensure things are running correctly. It’s a very busy place and I won’t be back if this is what I will get! From reading other reviews, this is a consistent issue. Hope they fix it!
