  Orders have been incorrect for business meetings multiple times. This location cannot handle large orders over the phone or online. Missing something on occasion is understandable but missing 5 meals is outside acceptable.

  Iarrived and there was no line. So I was able to order immediatly. I ordered a burrito bowl. The young lady behind the counter was trying to put a LOT LESS food than they HAVE ALWAYS given. I had to constantly ask for her to put more of almost everything (e.g.. rice, beans, etc.) For example, I asked for the vegetables and she put a small amount using salad tongs so I asked for more. She literally put ONE ONION SLICE more. Then she tried to move on to the other ingredients. I told her that she needed to put more vegetables as I had asked. I had to ask for more chicken. Which, by the way, she only put like four more small bite size pieces of chicken after I asked for more. Then, when I reach the cashier, I get charged for a double chicken burrito bowl. What a rip-off. I wouldn't mind if I actually got double the chicken but there is no way that she doubled it! Really disappointed in this visit.

  Good food portions, always good food band if a mistake is made it's made right. Staff is pretty friendly for the most part. Have had a few problems with cashiers either becoming overwhelmed and unable to keep things at ease by showing frustration toward me or just not being attentive.

  Best Chipotle ever. Portion sizes are massive and food is amazing. Don't go to the other Sunnyside location on 172nd. This one is the good one and is well worth the extra drive. Very nice view from windows.

  Went to this location for the first time and was very disappointed. The bathroom was very dirty and had pee on the bottom of the toilet. Made me a little wary to eat here. Plus I went out of the bathroom and a couple were in the next bathroom together.... If you know what I mean. Overall bad experience. Won’t be coming back.
