  I was having some problems with my air conditioning unit. MY elderly mother was being discharged from the hospital. I spoke to a couple of my neighbors and they recommended Chill Factor. I called Chill Factor and they scheduled me for early the next morning and fixed my unit. Their service was prompt, professional and knowledgeable as well as to my surprise economical. Chill Factor is my favorite company for all my heating and cooling needs.

  This company came right out and repaired my unit. My starter was out so they replaced it on 6/22/17. On 8/14/17 my motor went out so my husband went to a refrigeration supply co. to buy a new one, they recommended that with the motor replacement you also replace the same starter part that was just replaced by Chill Factor. So, my husband bought the new part the part cost $3.67. Chill factor charged me $125.00 for the part and $90.00 to install it!! I have enclosed copies of the receipts!!! They claim to be a Christian Company, BUT I was always taught not to take advantage of anyone!! So we sure didn't learn the same Christian values!!!

  After arriving home one day, I noticed that my air conditioning unit hadn't been cooling. As a mother of a young child, being in a hot house was not an option for me. I called Chill Factor.   As a Law Enforcement agent in the Phoenix area, I am always in need of a trustworthy and reliable company to deal with any type of situation that I may need. Once my air conditioning unit started having problems in the hot months of June and July, I was desperate to find a company that I could not only trust but was dedicated and motivated to get my air conditioner operable. I turned to Chill Factor A/C for help, after receiving several recommendations to do so. Chill Factor A/C was not only reliable but their customer service was outstanding!!! I could not believe the price that I was quoted and thought that it was to good too be true. I have to give credit where credit is due, Chill Factor A/C saved my butt during those hot summer months and I have since recommended their service to several of my Law Enforcement brothers/sisters who all share the same accolades.   Chill Factor is an excellent company with reasonable pricing. Customer service was great and friendly, and immediately made my appointment for the next day. The technician (Darrell) was timely, proficient, and explained the problem in detail before he started the job. I will Chill Factor again!!
