  Me and my co-worker came in today for the 3 for $10 promo, and from start to finish my experience was great. The server ( I wish I remembered her name) was excellent and even split the enchilada soup so that me and my co worker could share our appetizers. The food here was flavorful and I couldn’t stop telling my coworker how great the food was. I even spoke to the manager and let him know that the cook did a good job making our food and that our server was the best. I have gone to other chili’s locations and this by far is the best one. Keep up the great work. By the way we came during lunch and it didn’t even feel like it because we were served quickly.

  We had a great waiter named David. Very prompt services and attentive. The food was made to our order & it was great. My husband, kids, and I enjoyed our dinner. Will visit again when back in Arlington. Jessica from Houston.

  I like Chili's, and the food here was good. The service was beyond subpar though. We did come in with a group, and yes, it was a tiny bit rowdy and loud (but we definitely tried to keep it contained), but we hardly got waited on. It took (not an exaggeration) upwards of twenty minutes after delivering drinks to come and get our order. Then, we were all finished for a while, plates cleaned, before we were visited by the servers to give us our checks. The kitchen was ready with great speed though. So that wasn't the issue here. Just the service. My advice: chance it and hope you get service, or maybe they grossly overestimated how much time we needed. Disappointing, since I normally get excellent service at other Chili's.

  The bartender Ashley was the hardest working person in the restaurant to include management. She was working the bar, the tables in the bar area and making drinks for the servers. Many tables throughout the place were not clean. There was no hostess. We were told by one of the servers where we could sit and she really lead us toward the bar area. I was with my 13 year old son and don't mind taking him in the bar area if necessary but prefer not to. I saw several groups of people standing around while the bartender was waiting on us and others in her area plus making drinks. The food was decent and came out at a decent rate but they need to learn teamwork in that place instead if standing around talking. The floors also had trash in some areas as we walked back to the restrooms. The restaurant is in a great location!
