Ordered 5 orders of potato soup to go and it was ready in less than 5 minutes. Everything was in the bag spoon, napkins, crackers, all the good stuff. Great service for sure!

This location in Southwest Arlington was very good. Very attentive staff and manager. Food was excellent. Loved the Rib combos!

It's your neighborhood Chili's. Basic chain restaurant food at a reasonable price. We've eaten in, here a couple times and done takeout on several occasions. The few times we've actually eaten in, we've been happy with our service. The food here has always met our expectations. I typically order the Cajun Chicken Pasta and I can't recall a time when I haven't been happy with my meal. We'll eat here again.

Love the mango chili chicken! Update: Had to lower my rating from 4 to 2 stars. I always get the mango chili chicken but tonight I opted for something different. I received some awfully dry ribs with a delicious sweet spicy sauce on top. I loved the sauce but couldn't eat the ribs. Our beautiful waitress, Aaliya was very apologetic. She was wonderful, but the ribs were definitely not. Another member of our party also had the ribs. But he is non confrontational and refused to complain. Upon leaving, he told me his ribs were awful too. Years back the ribs would fall off the bones. But today they practically stood up on their own. By the time my changed order arrived, everyone in my party was done and I had to get my order to go. No adjustments to the price of my order as offered by management hence the 2 stars.

I watched one family sit for 30min. with nothing but water. Eventually they asked for help - and was then accused of being rude. Chili's is usually mediocre. The food, the service, cleanliness of the restaurant - all are three stars at best. The Chili's at 287 and 20 however is below its own average. Service here is exceptionally slow, the food is burned, cold or half way thrown together. I witnessed several customers ask a server when they would be helped. The weird table tablets are intrusive and slow. Go to Oliver's on Broad, Fat Daddy's on 1187, or slide down further on 287 and there is a better Chili's.
