  I regularly love Chili's, but the manager at this location was very rude to my husband. The manager asked for a phone number to call when the table was ready, even though we were the only family waiting for one. When my husband said he would prefer for his name to be called, the manager became upset. While we waited to be seated, the manager, who was standing less than two feet away from us spent a couple of minutes whispering my husband's name in the crowded restaurant as to make a point. The waiter and other service staff where great as usual. Shame on this manager, some of us do not like to give our phone number out, there is no need to be this passive aggressive and rude.

  I had the opportunity to take my Son and Grandson to lunch today. Amber was our waitress. She was extremely friendly and very polite. She promptly took our order and was such a delightful waitress. We didn't wait long for our food and the drinks kept coming. If you go to Chili's, you won't be disappointed. 😊👍

  We are new to Nashville, and have been lucky enough to have a great Chilli’s so close to the house. The staff is fun and always polite. Food is delicious and the drinks are always cold. Would highly recommend!!

  Only reason I am writing a review is because of Jacob. Good attentive server that guy is. Hosts were friendly. I feel like the food could've been better (I think the kitchen was having trouble keeping up). Anyway 5 stars for Jacob.

  Sat at the bar, first off, the bartender SUCKS, Courtney, sashould NOT be behind the bar, her sour puss face needs to be in the kitchen washing dishes, where she doesn't have to interact with people... her attitude sucks! Took at LEAST 10-12 minutes to get our chips and salsa, but, our appetizer arrived within 5 minutes of ordering....? Asked for a glass of water when I ordered my drink, (upon arriving!) finally after reminding her again! Chili's is and will continue to be our LAST OPTION to eat, and or drink.... TOO many other places around! We are not the only ones who feel like this...the others just won't or choose not to take the time to fill out the survey! Trust me, I have been in the "service" business, for over 30 years, and I love my job, and my clients.... if your having a bad day, leave it in the car! Maybe, its her age, she just doesn't understand to "smile" upon greeting a customer.... your Hostess did....?! I am NOT looking for a meal, dessert, appetizer, or ANYTHING as far as this goes, just a heads up.....
