  Horrible time here. We sat later at night around 8pm, and did nothing but wait. Our waitress didn't ask how we wanted our food prepared. 3 out of 4 of us recieved our food, one was incorrect and had to be sent back. We saw that the wait staff was more interested in hanging out then actually working. The floor manager was even hanging out in the kitchen with them. We had to grab a different waitress because we were waiting over 20 minutes to order dessert. Completely horrible experience and service.

  It is always a pleasure to dine at Chili's. The service is top notch. They are so good that the server remembers what I like. They really deserve these 5 stars. Also, if you have a problem, the owner himself comes to your table to rectify the situation. Great family friendly restaurant as well as a cozy restaurant for two.

  Staff was nice. Food was below par. It was like they went to the McDonald's and served that. Usually Chillis has good beef patties for the burgers. These were like bubba burgers. Had them take it back and got the tender but they were drenched and soggy with grease. Manager comped meal but ill never go back again.

  The waitress was very good and the food was better than usual. The host felt rushed and forgot our silverware and menus. Table was still being cleaned as we were sat down. Not a huge deal or anything but it wasn't exactly very busy at the time. The food quality has improved here recently since they did there little revamp thing. Not complaining about that. I think besides focusing on the original menu items only they should consider adding some newer items as well. And maybe more side options as allot of people don't want French fries these days. All in all I'll return and I was happy with the visit.

  Great restaurant that is so kid-friendly!!! We all love it there because we can check in online so that we can sit as soon as we arrive, they have game consoles at the tables for kids, and great specials always. Staff is friendly and service is fast and efficient. Like all the food menu options too. Definitely recommend!!!
