  I ordered a sirloin steak medium well with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. Unfortunately, the restaurant was short staffed resulting in extended wait times for service and food. I sent the steak back twice due to it being under cooked. The mashed potatoes were gummy, the broccoli didnt taste fresh. The waiter was annoyed and upset which was unprofessional. We had to ask for condiments and refills. All in all it certainly wasn't a pleasant experience.

  I loved the chili....it was so delicious and the salsa was so good. Excellent. The group I was with was large and the service was friendly and fast.

  Good but it was a lot a food. I had the 3 for $10 meal. Drink, soup and entree. I'd say this was a great choice for dinner.

  Having visited several Chili’s locations, I was looking forward to visiting this location upon moving to Houston. Unfortunately, after several attempts to give this place a chance, they have disappointed me. Every time I have come to eat at this location they have had numerous tables available but there is always a long wait because they are understaffed. Even during the busy sport seasons when I have wanted to come watch a game and eat, they have told me they are understaffed and there is a wait... in the 9 months of living in Houston I’m not sure why they haven’t hired anyone else to their staff? Also, many of the TVs are out in the dining room which means your only option is to wait for a seat in the bar. Food is typical chili’s (not bad), wait staff is terrible though, I’ve actually started typing this review since being sat down and have yet to be approached by a staff member. This is probably the worst location in Texas. So drive the extra 5 minutes to another location, it’ll be worth it. A guy just came and they’re out of salsa and bud light now. Cool. 😂

  We wanted to try the "new" Chili's and were pleasantly surprised. We hadn't been in a while but the supposed rebranding made us give it another try. They have indeed stepped up their food game! The service was a little slow, but in fairness I think it was only because our server was the bartender and he was often busy at the bar making drinks. He was still very friendly and accommodating. The food came out hot and featured generous portions. All in all it was a decent dining experience for a decent price.
