  The food is good for this type of chain. Had a veggie burger with their guacamole topping and enjoyed it. Servers were friendly and efficient. My only issue is that they must serve food with barbeque sauce because the menu was a bit sticky.

  I always loved Chili's but they have gone to the bottom of the hill. I loved the fajhitas but they went and changed them. The service is awful, missing food, wrong drinks, checks with additional items that weren't ordered. I gave 2 stars because the last visit was relatively decent. Food was ok, service was good, except for the charge for food not ordered. But they still don't charge for the correct drinks, the ones ordered. They reason I received from managers, more than once, is that the staff is unaware of the drink menu. I haven't been there for at least 2 years, prior to this last visit, and I'm regretting giving them another chance.

  I used to really enjoy eating at Chili's, but they keep changing the menu. As the menu changes there are less choices for me. I don't care for spicy hot food. I'll ask if something is spicy and told no, then I expect to be able to eat it. I I must say that the managers have been very considerate when I've told the waitress that I cannot eat the food because it is too spicy. Normally they would offer me something else from the menu or give me the same thing without the spicy ingredient if possible.

  Went to Chili's today (3/18/18) our was Jason. He was on point the entire visit. Jason is a great waiter and made sure to ask if we needed anything. The food was good. The restaurant is clean with ample parking. Also location is near plenty of stores

  I think Chili's is one of the better fast food restaurants. Anytime I get a craving for chili and some fajitas that's my go-to place. The food is always acceptable and the prices are very good. This time I got the fajita special which was on sale for $10.99 and a bowl of chili. The waitress was very friendly and attentive so I was pleased with the service and the food was prepared very well. You actually can't lose at Chili's. Dependable predictable meals at a great price.
