  Menu has completely changed since I was there the last time. Took two granddaughters (20 & 24) to dinner, had hard time finding something that sounded good. When it arrived we we're VERY disappointed. Won't be back.....

  The food is good. The servers are pretty nice... Maybe better portions for Your money.. But they do have cool specials. I go 1x a week

  I love Chili’s, and I will keep coming back to this one (though a large part of that is my proximity to the restaurant). The two biggest weaknesses at this location are the organization and the staffing. Every time I come in, there is *some* issue with the little screens on the tables. Sometimes they are on the wrong table, and sometimes they are not even there. Whether or not anyone else has had this issue, I’ve had it EVERY TIME I’ve been here. In regards to the staffing, the service itself ranges from average to excellent. My biggest issue is that they seem woefully unprepared for busy times. I’ve seen a waitress covering the bar as well as the 10 or so tables in the bar area. I don’t know if this is SOP for this location, but it affects the customers a lot.

  We were a table of four. One of us arrived first and got a table. Waitress Tracey greeted him and took his drink order and brought him chips and salsa. The rest of us arrived but no one ever took our drink order. We waited over 20 minutes the whole time trying to flag down any waitress walking past. Anyone that did manage to acknowledge our existence was rude. One waitress even went to the extent of arguing with me as to why they never took our drink orders. Spoke with the manager Laura only to have our time waisted some more. Laura basically said she didn't like it, but that's just how it is here. Laura seemed nice, but definitely needs a little coaching.

  We had a wonderful meal. The server was nice and funny. She even laughed at our jokes. We will definitely eat there again.
