  This place is trash. Been here 3 hours this time and every other time it’s been 3 hours. They are slow very slow wit everything. The personnel is horrific and rude and will ignore you if you ask a question. The only thing good about this hospital is valet parking but then the guys who work valet are terrible except the guy with the glasses

  Poor care and disorganized. The staff will settle on a treatment, say they're coming right back to the room with medication or whatever and disappear for two hours. When you mention this and tell them you'd like to take your child home now, not getting any answers, you're met with a loud "WOW!" by a rude nurse when she leaves the room (after telling you how wrong you are about certain medical jargon you've used). This "wow" was said very loud, and for our benefit. I was very calm and she spoke to me like she was taking her whole crappy day out on ME! Unprofessional!

  If you have all day to wait to see your doctor, then this is the place for you! Always 2hrs. behind your scheduled appointment. Would have given -5 stars but that wasn't an option!

  When I got here the wait time was 20 to 30 minutes, and it was no one in the waiting area. To be honest they skipped over my child 5 times and even though they gave her a number they said that they don't go by the number they give you. One little boy walked into a wall and they took him back before they took my child back. The registration person cleaned up the room which ain't her job. For me to check in at 5:55 and it's 7:10 that's a long ass 20 to 30 minute wait and the doctor still haven't seen her. The tech hasn't even walked in the room.

  I really love this Hospital the kids come first the valet is perfect for when you have a child you don't have to worry about parking your car and taking a sick child out of the car to get inside the nurses and staff are so kind and understanding. thank you
