  I have been taking all six of my kids here for a few years and they are absolutely amazing. My kids ages are 2,3,7 and 10. (My two oldest are 14 and 16 but have aged out) I love that they have a great experience with the dentist early on so they don’t develop any type of anxiety in the future. None of my kids are afraid and they don’t cry. My two youngest are not the most cooperative at opening their mouth the whole time but the staff there is so patient and they use fun tricks to try to get them to cooperate. The hygienist (I wish I remembered her name) is absolutely amazing. She sings to them while counting their teeth and explains to them what she is doing before she does it. My 7 year old is very difficult when it comes to fillings. She isn’t cooperative at all. She puts up a fight and yells. She’s this way even with sedative surgery. It can be stressful for my husband and I and embarrassing. The dentist has always remained calm. There was a time when we had to reschedule because she just wasn’t cooperating and that’s ok. I want to mention this in case anyone has a difficult kiddo or a kiddo with special needs. The staff really goes above and beyond to try and make it the best experience it can be. I’ve never had any issues with scheduling. The staff is accommodating and always makes my appointments convenient by allowing me to bring all 4 kids in together. I’m able to get all of them their cleaning and exams done in in about 1.5 hours or less depending on if any X-rays are needed. I’ve honestly never had to wait. As soon as I arrive at my appointment time we are taken right back. They have cute little Dinos with teeth to brush and books for the kids in the back where they clean the teeth for siblings or kids waiting for the dentist to come do their exam. My kids love them. With 6 kids I don’t always have time to write such lengthy reviews but I wanted to make sure to share my experience for those who are looking for a good pediatric dentist. I was thankful for those who left reviews that ultimately led to me going here.

  5 stars all the way! Everyone is welcoming ...even the dentist who saw my kids today was great , he explained the treatment and was not rushing. You are greeded with a smile and care from the front desk Martha and the dental hygienist Afiya..who is super friendly and knowledgable. Even the assistant is great. My kids were happy and always look forward to their visits. Dr. June is caring and is great with kids! The managment is handled nicely and I could always call with questions or concerns. I felt very comforable and has always had a good experience. Thank you!

  The staff takes very good care of my daughter and her teeth. They show a lot of concern for her and her teeth. She has been going to this dentist since she was 1 year old and we have never had a problem. I recommend Children’s Dental Care all day every day!

  We took our son here for a checkup and cleaning (his first trip to the dentist). The doctor was very quick and efficient, and did a great job communicating what to expect to me. I was impressed by the speed of the work while still being thorough.

  There is horrible communication in this office. I had been trying to take care of a bill for 4 months. Every time I tried to pay it the amount changed, I would ask why or what it was for and the front desk person would have to get someone else to figure it out or even tell me what I was paying for. This other person would never call and talk to me about it (even though I was told she would call me). I went in for an appointment for my son and was told when we got there he was going to have more work done than what we made the appointment for. After they gave my son the oral sedation medicine, they only did one out of the four things he needed. I was told that they couldn’t finish the rest and that he needed to be put under general anesthesia to finish everything (which insurance doesn’t cover). This appointment took 2 months to get and the next available appointment to finish the work was another 3 months. My son was complaining that his tooth hurt but there was no urgency to get him in sooner, they just let the decay get worse so that he needs more work done. The hygienist, Athena, was super nice and great with the children. Dr. June is nice when she explains things to you, she just isn’t clear about what you need to schedule an appointment for. I thought I scheduled an appointment for one thing and when I got there found out it was something different. The office manager won’t call you about anything yet she is the only one that does all the billing and knows what you need to pay for. They want you to come back multiple time to take care of cavities or any dental work, when it can be done in one appointment. This requires your child to have medication or gas unnecessarily and let’s whatever decay they have get worse so that you have to pay for more extensive work. Unfortunately this is the only dental practice in the area that offers general anesthesia if that is what your child needs.
