  When I visit any Chicken Express all I come for are the hot wings they may take 6 minutes longer to make but they are delicious greasy and type of pics I need when I want or have a cheat day. With the spicy packets and a side of okra in a roll I am satisfied.

  Will never eat here again .. Chicken tenders weren't fried properly they didnt let them thaw at at all just cooked them.... Grosses thing ever caused me my 3 children and mom a stomach virus...wish i would of took pictures of the chicken...never again chicken express won't get my services but i do advice they let their meat thaw before frying and serving! Customer don't mind waiting 10min for tenders! Why rush food thats gross! After reading the reviews i see that the tenders are over cooked and alot of customers have complained more than having a good review... This place need to lose business causing people to get food poison!

  Terrible food and service! Complained to management about an incorrect order and came home to find one of their staff had put a napkin in my 3 year old sons drink. Lemon aid is his favorite so he complained when he was sipping and nothing came through the straw. I noticed something white was clogging it then once I took the lid off saw a wet deteriorating napkin at the bottom! needless to say we will never return. TO THE STAFF: I'M SURE IF YOU HAVE A LOVED ONE THUS WOULD MAKE YOU LIVID TOO, IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB THEN QUIT!

  FOOD POISONING ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ STAY AWAY FROM ALL CHICKEN EXPRESS‼️ I GOT FOOD POISONING‼️ I had not eaten all day and it was 5 pm. I went to Chicken Express on 2-2-18. I ordered some chicken, mac and cheese and a corn. I started eating the chicken and got to the mac and cheese. I ate some of it and it tasted weird. I looked at it and it seemed to be watered down or have something in it. I stopped eating completely. Three hours later I was vomiting and upset stomach for 14 hours straight. I had to go to urgent Care. I was told I had gotten food poisoning. I called the District Manager Jimmy Sanchez and he reported I did not get food poisoning from Chicken Express because it takes two weeks for it to kick in. What a genius! First thing for him was to deny it. I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES!
