  Received my large fries with about 7 fries in the container and when I took it back to the counter the "manager" had an attitude about it and made a smart comment

  After ordering a meal I provided my military ID to receive a discount and a manager looked at me, rolled his eyes, let out a sigh and swiped his card, which I am sure he did not want to do. I asked to be refunded, then called customer service about this but nothing was done.

  How is this a Chick-fil-A? They are normally polite and customer oriented. I felt like I was bothering the high school kids working the counter as I returned my messed up order (twice). No smiles. No greetings. No "my pleasure". Chick-fil-A is normally so consistent, but this one is not. I'll never eat chicken again! Thanks for taking that from me Fayette Mall Chick-fil-A.

  Every single staff member was cheerful and the food was high quality like you would expect from Chick-fil-A. I order my waffle fries without salt and so far they haven't let me down. Since day one, this store, it's operator, and all its staff have been over-accommodating, polite, and have exceeded all expectations that one would have with "fast food". The restaurant is always clean. The food is fantastic, hot and fast.
