  Staff is friendly and the service is excellent. Even during the busy lunch hours and the line is is halfway down the hallway you're not stuck there long and it moves fairly quick.

  Chick-fil-A's buttermilk chicken sandwich is delicious!!! Their buttermilk chicken sandwich and McDonald's buttermilk chicken sandwich would have a great fight. I still don't know who would win. I do know one thing though. I hate tomatoes. The sandwich comes with tomatoes and I always forget to ask them to take it off so I have to do it myself. It's actually not a real problem at all since it only takes a couple of seconds and the taste of tomato isn't on the sandwich anyways. But if you're tired of getting just a plain old Chick-fil-A sandwich, try the buttermilk chicken sandwich!!! It's a great change and it tastes great and you can always get a nice refreshing Coke alongside your meal!!! I give this fine establishment five stars out of 5 because it's Chick-fil-A. It really doesn't deserve anything below a 5/5. Wow great job.

  Busy. Friendly, fresh and fast. Five minutes wait. If that's quick enough for others. Good for me bcos food was very hot from frying.

  Always quick and friendly! LOVE the free treats when you order on the mobile app. This is my Friday lunch go-to.

  Fastest line in Charlotte. Seriously, there can be 40 people in line and it seems to only take 5 minutes and you're done and have your food. So don't be afraid to get in the line during lunch hours. I go here a lot and the regular staff members are very friendly. Food is good, as is expected with Chic fila.
