  I am a long term real estate broker and have had a broad range in the quality of service I have received from Title/Escrow companies over the years. I was referred to Jondra Case (Escrow) and Lori Forbes (Title) at Chicago for an extraordinarily challenging and convoluted transaction layered with HOA lawsuits, short-sale, etc. Basically all the tough stuff. They were indispensable in making this transaction close. Their patience, knowledge, constant communication, and persistence won me over. I now use them for all of me and my partner's listings and also with our Buyers, if given the choice. Their performance has been top notch at every turn on every transaction.

  escrow fumbled at closing (not in itself unexpected in a red hot market)-but to blame the agent for not telling a client what estate paperwork to bring to closing, then to later say they would make it right with the seller and then not do anything is sad business indeed.
