  I had a bad experience from this store a while ago, I was a little bit worried ordering anything from them but I was there couple of weeks ago and the service I received was outstanding. A sales person name Janet helped me and I was fascinated on how she took her time and helped me. They have great furniture with great price.

  Just be aware of the wait time for the furniture but it’s ok

  Fantastic furniture store. Excellent customer service, great products at a decent price. This is the second time that I have bought furniture from Chicago furniture. Yenet was very helpful. My order came in two weeks ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Chicago furniture.

  The furniture here is very nice, but the customer service is terrible. They won't answer the phone, in the store they won't help you. They are very rude, lazy and only want to sit behind their table all day. The only salesman there that actually was good was Dana, she deserves a 5 star and the rest deserves termination. Update: It has been a week later and I still haven't received the rest of my furniture. Aparrently the sofa I ordered broke so they have to send a new one, which has not happened either.
