  The only downfall was you could here what was going on in the hallway from the floors below. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay here very much. It was not far from anything my wife and I did. It was very clean, comfy, and the servoce was excellent!

  Quasi perfetto! La posizione è centralissima e vicinissima sia alla metropolitana che ai principali punti di Manhattan. Le camere è vero che sono molto piccole, ma sono ben arredate e tutto sommato confortevoli. Noi avevamo una stanza al piano terra e per questo era molto rumorosa. Se al contrario di me avete il sonno leggero vi sconsiglio le stanze al piano terra. Richiedete una stanza ai piani superiori! Lo staff è stato super gentile e disponibile durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Gli unici due punti da migliorare secondo me sono la pulizia e la Guest Room: la camera poteva essere più pulita e il divano letto aveva tutta la fodera piena di macchie. Nonostante questo però è assolutamente vivibile e se vogliamo questa è una pignoleria mia. Per quanto riguarda la Guest Room ho apprezzato che ci fosse e che fosse fornita di caffè, te, succo e acqua. Però in tre mattine in cui ho provato a fare “colazione” ho trovato i muffin solo la prima volta. Dovrebbero tenerla d’occhio un po’ meglio e rifornirla di cibo e bevande almeno nelle ore della colazione. Il prezzo complessivo del nostro soggiorno è stato assolutamente giusto per la stanza. Se dovessi tornare a NYC penso che sceglierei di nuovo il Chelsea Inn!

  Great location, easy to walk to the villages or a short subway to Times Square. Would be nice if the towels were replaced every few days. Has a complementary snack room with tea, juice, sweets and mini muffins most mornings as well as a printer and computer.

  The rooms are smaller than in the photos, they are not well kept scratches, dents, fraying cupboards, burnt out light bulbs. They charge you hospitality fee but barely clean the rooms. My room had a dirty cup in it and stained sheets. There was garbage sitting outside the window. There is no elevator and didn't see that listed on booking sites. The climate control is very confusing and not preset for guest arrival so the room was very cold. Not very sound proof can hear everything around you and outside. Rather stay at Yolo or Pod hotels for small rooms that are cleaner and more amenities.

  Great Place! I would always come back! Best value for money! You can easily walk to all main attractions in NYC and you have all the main shops right around the corner. The rooms are small and clean! We really enjoyed our stay!
