  Chef Snack is a restaurant that serves food truck portions at food truck prices. What initially made me curious was the interesting architecture of the building itself. The food itself was bland and uninspiring. Most of the items I saw came from restaurant depot. They gave us plastic silverware. Did I mention everything was way overpriced??? The owners claim the prices are high (ridiculously high) because they pay their staff a living wage. I think its just as likely they use all that money to take those ridiculously long trips to Thailand to eat their own weight in (cheap!) Thai street food like they brag about in the book "Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives" BTW don't trust the books recommendations. Maybe I'm just bitter about being ripped off. Do that to enough people and karma will shut you down and then your employees will be looking for a new job.

  Small menu but the ruben and sweet potato tacos were excellent.

  For $13, I got a pulled pork sandwich and fries that we're VERY comparable to a meal deal at Army's that would have cost $6. Waitress/hostess was very nice, but this place is no way worth the time or money it takes to go out for a dinner.
