  My wife and I have been regular customers for nearly 7 years. With each visit the service seems to decrease which is disappointing because the food is usually fantastic. The main issue we have had is with the management and service. We visited on my daughters birthday and did not get much service or attention to refills. The server offered get the manager to correct the situation and give a complimentary small birthday cookie. After waiting 15 minutes for the manager to appear, Kendra, (the manager) did not seem concerned or sincere and did not bring the cookie out at the end of our meal.

  Didn't have a great experience. Hostess could work on having better customer service, waitress wasn't efficient (got there at 11am so it was very slow) and to top it off all of our food was completely cold! Disappointing.

  This place is awesome! The food is really good and the service is even better. They are one of very few restaurants in El Paso where you can get a real chicken fried steak. The prices are good. Here you get what you pay for.

  Friendly staff. Waiter was very fast, friendly and professional. Food was delicious and delivered to us at a timely manner. My husband and I had a pleasant time while there.

  Sadly a terrible experience. We've been to the Pensacola Fl location many times and we loved it. This was the worst, wrong orders, food was cold, extremely long wait times to get the order correct. We're not picky people but if you order a salad and they bring out some kind of pasta with shrimp and carrots???? That's totally wrong. We couldn't even find this on the menu!! We won't be Back.
