  Last time I order from this place as they always fail to take orders correctly. Never answer the phone either! I ordered through the driver thru and failed to take order correctly and apparently I got charged extra. When I went back to ask the lady that took my order Cindy, who apparently is the manager is not professional at all and is rude. I am a manager at a restaurant by the way and she failed in many levels. Do better for the business! I work In the service industry and it’s not easy! Mistakes happen but the interaction with customers is horrible. Hope you continue to improve and grow! Best wishes from a customer who will not return! 🙂

  My husband & I were just at this location today passing by from a Chicago trip. We had a SUPER sweet employee take care of us, her name was Michelle! She brightened our day with how friendly she was. We have visited several Checkers locations and because of Michelle’s great customer service, this is the one we will always return to on our trips! Not only that.. it was fast and the food hot + fresh!

  The location on Boughton and 53, I went at 630pm. Fries were limp and cold. I guess they weren't expecting me to drive back around and ask for fresh fries. Seems to always be new people working there. I can see why there's a quick turn around with staff. Never going to stop going. What can I say, I reminds me of my tiny childhood. I will add that every time i go, I will ensure my food is as quality, as I know they have to potential of given me. Period.

  I went through the drive through it was fast. The Employees we're very nice said Thank You and Have a Nice Night. We loved how they put all combo meals in different bags made it so easy to hand out. I appreciate that because a lot of places now just hand you the food and slam the window. My food was good. Had an especially good experience today. Attention to detail! Excellent work!! Food was fresh and great! Thank you for all the ladies and gentlemen who give that great service and hopefully the other crew can learn to be as amazing as team members there.
