  WARNING I REPEAT WARNING!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR WEDDING GOWNS TO THIS PLACE!! THEY CHARGE YOU FOR DRY CLEANING AND PACKAGING YOUR GOWN UP IN A BOX AND THEY LIE ABOUT IT!!! MY GOWN WAS NEVER DRY CLEANED!! IT WAS THROWN IN A BOX AND I WAS TOLD IT WAS CLEANED TO PERFECTION...THATS HOW THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF!!! THEY KNOW WE WILL NOT OPEN THE BOX AGAIN SO WHY BOTHER CLEANING THE GOWN??? THATS THE WAY THEY THINK!!! THEY DISGUST ME!!! IM TAKING THIS FARTHER IM REPORTING THEM AND IM GETTING MY ATTORNEY INVOVLED!! MY 8000 DRESS IS RUINED!!!

  So disgusted with Chase Cleaners of Choice and the owners attitude. I was not going to post a review but THEY made a hole in my husbands shirt but still charged me for the dry cleaning of a shirt my husband could no longer wear, but this is the SECOND TIME this has happened. I paid and kept quiet last time, but this time I mentioned an apology and waiving the dry cleaning fee would be a gesture of goodwill, and I would accept accidents happen. The owner waived a dismissive gesture which was very rude, especially as I do not complain, and was respectful throughout. She insisted I paid for the dry cleaning AGAIN, I was disappointed but obviously paid and left for the second time.....I now have 2 shirts my husband actually buys and has shipped from Europe which are expensive, that are dry cleaned and useless! Not sure my request was too much......I believe most dry cleaners would feel relieved I was not trying to bill them for the damaged shirts!

  I love this place. I moved here from Manhattan and this place does the best work. I am so happy to have found chase cleaners. Friendly staff and the detergents they use do not irritate my skin
