  lots of 1 stars without explanation.... they mad cus they broke. The line for the teller usually is long around lunch, but thats not in there control

  Such a lousy customer service, always a line for the teller. Very rude and unprofessional branch manager Aud-rena Best who definitely made our company's mind not to bank with Chase any longer.
