  Bank management is super professional (old review from 2019) went out of his way to make sure I was protecting myself from overdrafts and helped with a Budget

  Stay away from Aaron Bronstein. Had appointment with him but he did not know what was the appointment for. Was not prepared at all along with no desire to complete his duty at all. Just lazy unprofessional guy who is self centered with big ego.

  I came to open a Checking & Savings account Friendly and accommodating staff! I was late to the appointment and attitudes were positive and understanding! Special shoutout to Jamar, Aaron, and Bibi for being courteous, patient, and getting it done 🙏

  Staff were helpful and got us in to talk to a banker who could help us quickly. Isaac was super competent and friendly I can say I actually enjoyed my time setting up a bank account, and I feel like that's saying something.

  Visited the Arlington Branch location for the first time and had an exceptional experience. The branch manager, Sean Holland, personally assisted me and went above and beyond to help me open up my first business checking account. He expedited the whole process while still providing me with useful tips and critical information to make informed decisions. Very impressed by his service.
