  Waited 30+ minutes to see a banker. They were all busy bullshiting about sports. This is the worst chase branch I've ever been to.

  I have never had such a great experience with any bank. I cannot say enough great things about Jessica and the others at this Chase branch. Everyone is so nice and helpful. On top of it their military discounts are very generous. It's hard to support corporate giants but Chase is doing an amazing job.

  I prefer the smaller branches because the service is better.
