  I walked into this bank at 5:15pm 45 min before the bank closed to open a checking and saving account. This lady asks me how can i help you i reply i need to open an account. She has the nerve to tell me sorry its after 5 we close at 6 we cant open an account for u. I said o really ok thank you.. she says you can come back Saturday or next week.. i reply no thanks and walked out. I have worked for US Bank for about 5 years in my past and never once have i ever turned a future customer away i dont care if they walk in 5 min before the bank is scheduled to close. Poor very poor customer service. FYI your branch has just missed out on a big big deposit.

  The worst Chase Bank in Denver Metro. The branch manager must have taken customer service lessons from the CIA. I have a business nearby and have 3 Chase credit cards and a bank account. Whenever I go there to get change I am treated like a drug lord by all the staff. Even after I tell them I have an account they act like I am breaking some law. Today the manager asked me to "step outside" and asks what's my problem? I was cashing a check from my account!!!!!!!!!
