::I've been trying to call them for 2 weeks but they never answer their phone. All you get is a message saying to try again later. There is no option to leave a message. What kind of customer service is that? It is getting so frustrating. I don't have time to go down there and sit and wait for someone to be available. I am responding to a letter I received from them asking that I call them. They need me to update information for my safe deposit box. I am trying to do that but they won't let me!

::Wish it was possible to leave no stars. I travel to many different Chase locations and this one gives the others a bad name. They have employees walk around while customers stand waiting, and waiting and waiting (there is a pattern here). Customers are in and out quickly at other locations, this locations goal seems to be delay. Reduce employees or empower them to help.Not sure why this one is so poor, but Chase is losing customers from this branch.

::Stopped in to pick up some self-roll coin things, staff was friendly and everyone looked busy assisting customers. The ATM outside isn’t one of the new shiny ones but that’s ok, it still gives out money just fine.

::Absolutely terrible customer service. Someone needs to be fired over there. Waited 45 minutes to ask a simple question of a banker. Employees walking around, branch manager walking around. No one being helped. In the 45 minutes we were there not 1 single customer was helped and no one stopped by to greet and explain waiting time. Gradually customers were giving up and walking out, as I did after wasting 45 minutes. The Chase inside Fry's on Baseline and Gilbert is fantastic, quick, efficient and friendly service.....
