  My experience was great. They only had 2 bankers available, but I was a “walk in” and wasn’t expecting much. I was met immediately and felt comfortable waiting a short time to open an account. I also enjoy the ATM that allows you to choose your bills.

  Horrible service waited for hour, then I was told I had to leave because they had only one banker. This is 3rd time.

  Horrible! They said they ran out of 1s and they shorted me $10 on my change order! Now I have to go back up to the bank to get this all fixed. I don't have time for this!! :(

  I had to show proof of residence and that was not a problem what was a problem when I brought in the only thing I had due to the fact I don't have utilities, a lease, or any other bills in my name, Mrs. Christina Wells called the customer service to see if it could be accepted, and during the time I would try and explain all she did was interrupted. At this point my account was frozen and I wanted to know when I would get my money because she said my paper couldn't be accepted and as I was walking out ibasked several time when I would be able to get my money she ignored me and I had to raise my voice a little louder before she answered me. I then went right to the branch I opened my account with off Wichita and 20 and spoke with David he sat and worked with me and got that same paper approved to be accepted and my account is now back up and working!!! The McCart branch is rude and does not care about their customers, if it takes to long to fix their account they won't help!! If you have any problems go to the branch off of 20 and Wichita their staff is amazing!
