    My husband and I came in to open an account, I had to look around for a few minutes just to find someone to talk to because everyone ignored us. When I finally found someone and asked about opening and account she said "it will be a couple of hours before anyone can help you". A couple hours? I was like oh I am sorry I thought this was a bank, isn't this this what you do?! Ridiculous we just left.

    My first visit she smiled was friendly I was in & out within 10 mns or less. My second experience was over th phne I called they were busy but left a num to call so could get help. However someone did call me back I didnt knw they would even knw I called. We got my problem solved. She was friendly & had no problem helping me! โ™กโ™กโ™ก

    Chase Bank has been around for a very long time, and is one of the largest financial institutions in the world. If you are looking for a good bank to deposit your money in, one with great service and friendly people, come on by. They do loans, mortgages, certificates of deposit, and all the other bank services.

    I really like the staff that work at this bank but the fact that they simply WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE is very frustrating. I have been a customer at this bank for quite a few years and feel I should be able to get a simple question answered without driving all the way to the bank to get my question answeted. In my opinion, not being able to speak to a representative is a definate no no when it comes to customer service.๐Ÿ‘Ž
