  Worst Chase branch in the world. I come in more than an hour before they close and then after waiting more than 50 minutes, they walk over to me saying they can't help because "i had to show up before 5:15" (which i was by over 30 minutes). They then offer me to make an appointment which i declined because i wasn't sure what time tomorrow i would come. In addition 2 workers walked past me and just sat in their booths, doing nothing, without so much as a hello. (I told him i wanted to open a business account). The next day when i showed up they told me they had no one to open business accounts, even though i told the guy the day before and he offered to make an appointment for me that day. He couldn't even tell me no one would be able to help me or to call before to make sure they can help.

  Very poor customer service you enter the branch and all the bankers are chatting in a little box of an office while i have been standing there for 10 min and theres nobody who approaches you. I sign my name and have a seat. The bankers the branch manager all pass by me and do not even bother to ask me if i need help... so i get up and go to the 1 teller in the branch but of course they make you wait . When i do get to the window the teller gives u an attidude because i wanted to deposit money like thats not something you do in a "bank"!. Fine i brush it off and ask to buy checks for my account which being the first time they should have been waive but ok im not cheap soo she wants to charge my account and i say No I have cash !!! And so she gives me the checks but of course they are so cheap the cant even put the checks in an envelope i had to ask her how much does chase charge for an envelope she laughs and says they're free ... So if they're free why not provide me with an envelope ... but of course the customer is always wrong ! Disgusting staff
