  Have been sitting here waiting just to get a new debit card, mine has little to no magnets strip left, should be a quick in and out situation right? Wrong I've been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting to see a banker, there's only one not on lunch yet the manager has time to pace in the front doing nothing but acting like a Walmart greeter while five people are waiting still, most have left already and as I'm writing this another person who came in after me has gone to speak with someone! Horrible service here I'm so disappointed Chase!

  would actually give no stars if I could. worst place I went inside to deposit my check and they told me "You know we have an atm up front. Just deposit in there." Then he turned to his co-worker and continued talking. I then said "well who do I talk to, to close my account cause why am I gonna bank with you guys if your rude like this."
