  With all due respect, it was the worse experience I have ever had during my whole life. I am not sure it is because of our race or low income, even a mob pointing a gun at me will have a better attitude than she did. At the first glance, she looked like we owed her money. She never cared to ask what service we would like to apply. NEVER explained even a single word about the papers we were signing or conditions involved. It was very terrible experience. It is a shame for Chase to have stuff like her.

  They never answer their phone. My brother and I went in to get him access to my safety deposit box and it was one technical error after another. We finally had to give up. Now I am getting mail that I opened a new account which I did not. My old branch is closing so I came here but geez what a zoo.

  After going to a Lynnwood location, the teller told me that I could not deposit my brother's check into his account without his signature on the back. I took it to this branch downtown today and luckily had a knowledgeable teller assist me in depositing the check. Next time I will not be wasting my time going to a branch where employees don't know basic policies and procedures. Geoff was very friendly and luckily helped me deposit a check that I needed to deposit yesterday!
