  The most appalling customer service. If at all possible I would try and avoid doing business with this location. They do not care about their customers or the reputation of Chase, evidently. The first review I've ever given anyone. Way to go Chase on McGowan.

  Terrible customer service while trying to open an account for my father-in-law. Wasted 2 hours of my life that I will never get back. I have been an account holder for 25+ years, just unbelievable.
