  This branch is always crowded and not well maintained. The area in the lobby where the atm are are not always clean but always crowded

  Try not to go there stand in a line for a good while if ur pregnant an need to use the bathroom they'll tell u they don't have any. So I wander if they don't use the bathroom

  Why the hell there's always a line. 3 out of 3 visit was painfully long.

  It doesn't matter what day or time of day. THIS PLACE IS ALWAYS PACKED! The Chase on Fordham and Southern Blvd are the same too! They don't need all that cubicle space. They need to tear these wall downs and make room for more ATMs. Just because the Bronx is poor, doesn't mean the Bronx doesn't have money! Chase is the bank of choice for unemployment and social security benefits! FIX THIS CHASE!

  The banks not the problem, it's the junkie drug addicts in the area & a few incompetent females they hire to work here. Go elsewhere you'll regret visiting this chase.
