  I've been going to the nearest Chase office from my apartment and they couldn't get to unrestrict my account. I had no access to my account for seven days. So I scheduled an appointment to this branch and Vanessa helped me coordinate my concern to the back-office and it was unlocked a day after.

  Better than the one up at Clifton heights. Stood outside waiting for it to open couple weeks ago but never opened. This here employees welcomed me to helping. Good staffs
