  I only use the atm to deposit money but they are always working and clean. I work in the area and it’s so convenient.

  I am cancelling all my Chase accounts because of the poor service I've received at this location. It is conveniently located two minutes from my house, but unfortunately I'd rather drive down the Wells Fargo on 51st Street and Elliot Road. I'll share two experiences that stood out to me. The first is from this morning, it's nothing major, but just goes to show the kind of service one could receive here. I went in to get a car title notarized with my 2 year old daughter this morning. We walked in and sat down in the waiting area for about 5 minutes. No one came to ask if we needed assistance. When a banker came out, we were escorted to her desk without much of a greeting. Usually people say hi to my kid(s) when we go to places, but she was invisible this morning. I told her what I needed and she asked me to fill out the back of the title and stamped it. She then asked "Is there anything else?" in a very "cold" tone and I responded "No, that's all, thanks." and left. I've gotten a few things notarized in the past and recall there's a booklet that the clerk fills out with my info and asks me to sign -- she forgot or didn't want to do this because it seemed she was more intent in getting me out of the place. Like I said, minor thing here, but it highlights quality of the customer service here. The experience that really irked me happened about 2 years ago here and I haven't been back to this place since (until this morning). I came in the pull a good sum of money out to make a large purchase. I provided my driver's license and debit card and asked to pull out, I think it was $10,000. I filled out the withdrawal slip and signed it. The banker excused himself and came back a few minutes later with his manager. The manager asked me to sign again so I did (the same way I've signed anything else that required my signature). They left again and came back a few minutes later to tell me that my signatures did not match what they had on file. I asked them if there was anything else I can provide for further proof. They said no, there was nothing they could do. I was really unhappy at this point and asked for my cards back and left. I went down a few blocks to the next branch and asked for the same transaction, signed the same way I signed earlier, and got my money with a smile while having a meaningful conversation with the banker. If you need a good bank in this area, I highly highly recommend the Wells Fargo branch on 51st street and Elliot Rd. You get a warm welcome every time you go here and they have really helpful and friendly staff that go above and beyond to help. There's a greeter that offers assistance as you enter the door (at least during opening and busy hours that I've witnessed). While waiting, I've talked to people that come here from Tempe, Chandler, and even central Phoenix because of the friendly staff. They have fresh coffee, neatly stacked water bottles, and lollipops for the kids (or you) in the lobby as well.
