::Went there today for depositing cash. The Spanish branch manager at the counter was surprisingly rude and extremely impatient. How can any customer tolerate his attitude and he hasn't been fired??

::I've attempted to open a savings account and apply for a credit card at this bank three times, and each time I've been denied. The first time was reasonable, I didn't have an ID that wasn't expired, but I was assured by a banker that a school ID would be sufficient. Since getting a school ID was cheaper than renewing my state ID, I went ahead and got one. Upon returning to the bank, I was told by the same person that assured me that a school ID was valid that my school ID WOULD NOT be enough to open a savings account. This, of course, meant that in addition to paying the 20$ for a school ID I had to go down to the DMV (Always fun) for an ID. After busing downtown, waiting in line for three hours, and paying ANOTHER 20$, I was given a receipt and a temporary ID until the physical one was mailed to me. Still, it was worth it if I could finally open a savings account and apply for a credit card, right? Nope. I went back to the bank with my temporary ID, my birth certificate, my past ID, my School ID, and my Chase debit card and account info, and the same person who had denied me the first two times denied me AGAIN. The banker didn't even recognize me from our past two encounters. Customer service here is absolutely awful.

::Worst management I've ever seen at a bank. Technically only one person to assist over 10 customers on wait. Other two of there execs were just wandering around instead of helping customers.

::One of the banker was very rude to Mainland Chinese. I will try my best to avoid this place.
