::The WORST most UNETHICL Facility Maintenance Company I have ever run across. They hire local handyman services to go to stores and provide quotes or complete projects, then close out that work order before they pay for services, and say "tough luck". Stay as far away from this company as you can unless you want to work for free! Go with Global Facility Solutions or First Service Networks- trust me, you will be well compensated.
