  Had to make a quick stop here fir a pick up of cash. It's just like any Chase Back branch. They offer a small parking lot for customers. I tool some photos to make a review and one of the Asian workers almost lost it telling me i cant take any pictures. I'm sure I won't be the only person doing this and its just to show the place within. Anyway for that incident and how the worker acted, it's my reason for giving them 2 star. I mean there's a way of doing things and it was unprofessional how he handled the situation. You need to show your worker customer service classes. LESSON 101

  As many other people have already stated, the customer service here is horrible. I went to this branch, since it was on the way home, to deposit my check. I was waiting in the parking lot because it was full. As I was waiting in the car for the parking spot, since the parking lot was full, a bank employee came out and barked at me saying, "bank customers parking only". He didn't even bother ask me what my business was at the bank and he took a picture of my license plate to do who knows what.

  Avoid this branch at all costs. They don't care about customer service. They don't give a care about building a long term relationship with their customers. Their employees other than the tellers just come here to punch in and out. Worst branch ever!! Disgusting service for someone who has 40 business accounts all of which have a sizeable balance at all times and are always doing more business. The employees are the most ignorant and rude chase employees I have ever come across. I had an office in Manhattan and not once did I feel this way. Terrible service ever. I will make sure I inform everyone we do business with as well.

  My mother conducted business here today at noon and was parked in the parking lot which was almost empty. Afterwards, she walked to the post office directly across the street from the parking lot which was also empty. She dropped off her letters and wasn't even there for 5 minutes. When she exited the post office, a tow truck already lifted the rear tires of her vehicle in the Chase parking lot off the ground and requested $140 to stop the tow so she had no choice but to comply. My mother then went back into Chase and questioned the entire ordeal because its preposterous that her vehicle would be towed in such an expeditious manner unless it was orchestrated in advance. Avoid this place and simply go to the Chase in Bay Terrace instead. The manager's reasoning was that my mother wasn't allowed to park in the parking lot to visit other businesses even though she just frequented the Chase minutes prior to going to The Post Office. Even worse is that the Chase account in question was a business account for my father's practice and the letters my mother mailed were papers for registration forms for his practice. The lack of consideration here is appalling. Even the Bank Of America down the street is more mindful than this as I've never had a problem with my personal accounts there.
