  All tellers are very stupid and need esl classes, if they do speak english they dont really understand. Please train them!

  This is a bank for the homeless. Flushing should take better care of their chase banks. I walk in and it smells like piss and all the machines and floors were dirty, thank god i had gloves on or touching the pin pad would have been a lot scarier. It shouldn't be hard to hire cleaning staff that could clean more than once a decade or get some security so that not just any creep could walk into that chase. its a joke.

  Helpful mortgage staff but this branch is too busy... long lines to wait.

  This bank has great customer services that you can ask your questions. They has self working machine that you don't have to wait in line. This Chase been to be the busiest one in Flushing due to its location. They won't take any new customers when the bank is one hour before closing from my experience.
