  Unlike the other two locations in a 5-mile radius, this branch is absolutely amazing. Great, professional, and friendly staff. They did everything that the other two branches near by had so much trouble doing, for some reason. They helped me open a business and a personal account quickly, with no issues. My favorite branch!

  Unfortunately, the staff doesn’t seem too helpful here. On multiple occasions, they told me they can’t help me and there’s nothing they can do, so I go to the Fort Worth branch where they work hard to accommodate my needs. Aside from basic needs, I won’t be coming here anymore.

  Ben Aguilar is everything a Chase banker should be! Houston native needing assistance during the Harvey crisis and needing help from my bank. Ben was able to have my card balance transferred to an unused credit card in a quick manner and stayed sympathetic to my situation. Thanks again Ben!

  The best part about having my Chase account hacked (somehow bc I don't even know my bank account number), is the two hour wait at this location. When I asked about another branch where I can get another checking account set up, the answer was a simple "no." So I guess after this BoA will get my account. Congrats Chase, you lost a platinum member of 15 years.
