  Abrupt and rude reps. Went to get doc notarized and was informed the only notary on staff was out to lunch. No apologies or offer to assist even though I'm a Private Client. Always encounter rude, snotty and abrupt reps at this branch so inclined to believe they are just not client friendly and should be trained properly as I always receive sub-par service at this location and tend not to go there but since I was close and needed a doc notarized I decided to try and again received less than stellar service. I always receive courteous, customer friendly reps who are always willing to assist at the Larchmont and sometimes New Rochelle branches.
