  Very horrible customer service and extremely racist! My boyfriend was asked a whole questionnaire just for change. If you don't want to deal with black people go back to Europe!

  I've been going to this chase for a while each experience is different some good but mostly bad. Marco the manger is so rude and dismissive. It feels like no one there enjoys doing there job.

  It's the first place that is not overcrowded every time I go only takes me like 3-4 min to make a deposit

  I was a customer of this branch since 2012 and I never experience any bad communications with them. My banker , Mr. Lionel Patterson is very much attentive and accommodating. I may not be a big depositor but still my relationship with the bank is very good :-)
