  This is the best bank I have ever been to. Great coffe, fast moving lines, always greeted when entered, great costumer service!! Until proven otherwise...

  Sadly, I had a pretty bad experience in this site. Just the lack of communication between Representatives, and customers. I don't mind the wait, but just communicate and talk to the customers, so that they don't feel like they are in the dark.

  Came in Monday to open a new account, they set me up for an appointment for today at 11, went to my scheduled appt and was told that they had me down for 10, not 11 so I would have to reschedule. I guess they don’t want my money that bad. If they are that incompetent that they can’t even write down the correct time of my appt, then it makes me wonder how incompetent they are with everything else. Bank of America may be getting my business now. 😡

  I've been here for over 30 minutes and they do not have a super bad service, and that I was opening an account

  The wait time to speak with an agent is ALWAYS 45+ minutes. I needed past bank statements printed, I got out of there almost 2 hours later, over an hour wait time and about twenty minutes with the agent. Closed my bank account. Moved and was mailed an offer to open an account again, decided to give them another shot, waited 35+ minutes, finally a woman comes out to ask what everyone needed. Apparently because there was only one guy besides her after coming back from lunch, she tells me that it'll be another half hour or longer before I see someone about opening an account. I don't have that kind of time since I'm suppose to meet up with my sister and nephews at the movies. Thank you Chase for reminding me why I left. Honestly, it's just this branch. I've been to others and the wait time is never this bad.
