  This branch is the worst branch in the world. Literally hires the most rude people you can imagine. The branch manager Loretta, is so rude and just love to undermine and talk down not only to her employees but also to her customers.

  Never interacted with anything but the atms because the banks hours are anything but convenient; they close at 4 o'clock ... You can't bank with a teller if you have a day job, but thankfully you can handle most of your needs with an ATM. Just limited on the amount of money you can withdraw.

  The wait is too long, something that should have taken 10-15 mins took 45 mins. Terrible service by teller Friday mornings, she took 15 mins to tell me that she was not going to cash a check for a stupid reason. I went to the bank located on Libery Ave and 112 st in queens and was in and out in less than 10 mins.

  The worst chase location i ever seying , took me more then 40 min to get to the window with only 3 people in front of me . Better on 1240 liberty ave go there 👌
