  My debit account was hacked. It's now taken me several WEEKS to try to get my auto-debit CHASE mortgage from this account back up and running with the new account....two phone calls, being transferred and on hold for over 30 minutes each, TWO in-person visits. Ridiculous.

  Love this branch - love the people! They are friendly & have always taken care of my banking needs quickly! I was shocked to see that anyone felt any different!

  No one to greet you in the lobby to direct the flow of traffic to speak with a personal banker, for which I assumed then they would have some type of sign in sheet but there wasn't one. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I was still never approached by anyone so at this point I'm not sure if anyone is even aware that I am there or how much longer until I will be seen by anyone. I get up and leave. Same exact experience at the branch location on Camp Wisdom that same day as well. However, third times the charm... Go see the branch manager and personal bankers at the Matlock and Debbie lane location if you want an efficient and personable experience. The Branch manager Brandy is front and center greeting her customers ( although I felt more like a guest) as they enter and leave the bank. I noted that she greeted several customers by name. I'll drive out of my way to this branch before I drive less than 10-15 minutes up the street in either direction to go to the Broad or Camp Wisdom locations.
